Here the layman can see how meat makes its way through the chopping block. Later salchichóns will be made out of it, a sausage that it is similar to... hell, I�m sorry, I don�t know how that stuff is called. This guy on the picture is one of the weirdest I ever met. The people here stick together, they help each other in all senses but the way of mutual communicating... I never heard people swearing that much before. Also the themes of the conversations left me with my mouth wide open. And this guy I think NEVER feels ashamed!
